- Sangiovese Grapevine 60-75%
- Cabernet Sauvignon grapevine 15-25%
- The following vines can be blended, individually or together, up to a maximum of 25%: Merlot, Barbera, Montepulciano, Cigliegiolo, Terrano, Ancellotta.
- Rèbola
- Pignoletto minimum 85%
- The following vines can be blended, individually or together, up to a maximum of 15%: Biancame, Bombino bianco, Trebbiano Romagnolo.
- Biancame
- Biancame minimum 85%
- The following vines can be blended, individually or together, up to a maximum of 15%: Pignoletto, Chardonnay, Riesling italico, Sauvignon, Pinot bianco, Müller Thurgau.
- White
- Trebbiano Romagnolo 50-70%
- Biancame and Bombino Bianco alone or together 30-50%
- Other berry grapevines with a similar colour, authorized and/or recommended in the Rimini Province can be blended, up to a maximum of 20%.
